I received a gift coupon/invitation for a helicopter flight. What should I do next?
First of all, you should register for a flight online or via email or phone. Make sure your registration was carried out successfully. After we have received your registration form, we will contact you when a flight is being organised.
I have an invitation for a flight, but I would like to fly with my friends. Can I do this?
Yes, you can. You should provide this information in the registration form or later via email or phone. The other passengers can pay for the flight once you have arrived.
What kind of weather is unsuitable for flying?
Sightseeing flights do not take place when the weather is foggy, visibility is decreased due to low hanging clouds, during storms, when there is thunder, very strong or turbulent winds, or heavy rain and snow.
What happens if my flight is cancelled due to a change in weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances?
In that case, your flight will be rescheduled for another date suitable for you and the service provider.
Do prices differ for children and adults?
There is no difference in price for children and adults because children have a separate seat, just like adults.
What happens if I don’t make it to the take-off location at the agreed time?
If you fail to arrive at the agreed time, your gift coupon/invitation becomes void.
Can I reschedule the agreed flight date?
Yes, but you must inform us at least 24 hours before the flight. We will then put you back on the waiting list and contact you when another flight is being organised.
How many people can fly at once?
The helicopter has the capacity to fly the pilot and four passengers.
When do sightseeing flights take place?
There is no rigid schedule. Flights are usually organised to take place when the weather conditions are the most suitable, during off-hours in the light part of day.
Do you organise private flights?
Yes, private flights are also organised. For more information, please see our website or inquire via email or phone.
Can these flights take place at night?
No, at the moment we only fly during the day.
In Vilnius, you take off from the Baltasis Bridge. How do I get there? What is the best place to park my car?
The helipad is in the meadow by Upės street, just opposite the National Gallery of Art. We recommend parking beside it. Be advised, however, that parking is not free (green-zone parking fees apply Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM). If you are using public transport, the closest stops are Saltoniškių žiedas and the stops by the Žaliasis Bridge and the Baltasis Bridge.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees.
Are there any requirements for clothing?
There are no special requirements, but for your comfort, we advise wearing flat sole shoes and sunglasses on sunny days.
Can I bring a camera and use a phone during the flight?
Yes. You may film or take photographs throughout the entire flight, unless requested otherwise by the pilot. You may use mobile devices for this purpose. However, these devices must be held in hand or hung on your neck or wrist so they do not fall and roll over the cabin floor during or after the flight.
